This report outlines the impact of developments in Crimea and Donbas, and Maidan-related events, from the perspective of the western regions of Ukraine. It is based on observations the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has made in the western regions of Ukraine, with the objective of enhancing the understanding of security-related developments in this part of the country.
