The Summit is the meeting of the Heads of State or Government of the OSCE’s 57 participating States.

Chairperson-in-Office

The OSCE Chairmanship is held for one year by an OSCE participating State, and headed by the Foreign Minister of that State. The Chairmanship co-ordinates decision-making and sets the OSCE’s priorities during its year in office.
