The National Programme for Action to Raise Effectiveness of the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed by the President of Azerbaijan, Mr. I. Aliyev, on 27 December 2011. Arrest of opposition party members and a journalist in Kazakhstan. Meeting on the Transdniestrian settlement process, held in Odessa, Ukraine, on 2 January 2012.
