1071st Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council

Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, Luxembourg-European Union, the United States of America, Switzerland, Canada, Georgia, Norway, Mongolia, Belarus, Turkmenistan, the Russian Federation, the Holy See, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly extended their condolences to the families of the victims of the terrorist attacks in Turkey on 10 October 2015.
