Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Permanent Council, welcomed the new Permanent Representative of Poland to the OSCE, Ambassador Adam Bugajski. The Permanent Council adopted the Declaration of the 1034th (Special) Permanent Council Meeting (PC.DOC/2/15). Briefing by the Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan. Update by the Special Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini.
