A report from an anti-trafficking conference held in Helsinki on 23-24 September 2004.

ODIHR and the Finnish Foreign Ministry hosted a conference called "Ensuring Human Rights Protection in Countries of Destination" in Helsinki on 23-24 September 2004.

This conference report contains all of the opening remarks, keynote speeches, and panel discussions from the conference, as well as the recommendations stemming from those discussions.
