Report by the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Ms. Teresa Ribeiro (Croatia, Annex 1; Germany, Annex 2; Latvia, Annex 3). Report by the OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, Mr. Valiant Richey. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1421 on the recommendation to adopt a decision on the OSCE Chairmanship in the year 2025.
