Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Forum for Security Co-operation, commemorated the eleventh anniversary of the acts of terrorism that were committed in New York City and Washington, D.C., on 11 September 2001. He also expressed condolences to Turkey in connection with the explosion in a grenade depot on 5 September 2012. Opening statement by the Chairperson of the Forum For Security Co-Operation, H.E.
