Security Dialogue: Security Issues In The Baltic Sea Region: – Mr. O. Kverno, Dean of the Royal Danish Defence College, Copenhagen; – Ms. M. The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 2/16 on enabling the provision of assistance to OSCE Partners for Co-operation using procedures outlined in the OSCE Documents on Small Arms and Light Weapons and Stockpiles of Conventional Ammunition.
