The commentary on certain provisions of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On guarantees of activities of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic” was commissioned by the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of Media to Dmitri Golovanov, expert in international media freedom standards and Kyrgyz media law and legal counsel at the LLC “Bum” in Moscow, the RF. The commentary includes recommendations aimed at avoiding the ambiguous status of the normative legal act. Available only in Russian.
