Artificial Intelligence in Media. A Guide for Responsible Implementation and a Self-Diagnostics Workbook for Editorial Offices: from Audit to Editorial Policy

This is a practical guide for media outlets facing the challenge of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into their work. The publication is intended for journalists, editors, media managers - everyone who strives to maintain the quality and ethical standards of journalism in the age of AI. The elements of self-diagnostic approaches included to the guide will help an editorial office to take a structured approach to assessing current practices, identifying potential benefits and risks, and eventually to form its own editorial policy on use of AI.

The document, available in Ukrainian, was developed by Educational and Scientific Institute of Journalism of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, National Media Literacy Project "Filter" of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine and the Center for Democracy and Rule of Law with the assistance of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine.
