Participatory Gender Audits of Parliaments: A Step-by-Step Guidance Document

These guidelines, jointly developed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA), are designed to support the full implementation of participatory gender audits of parliaments across the OSCE region.

This publication complements the ODIHR practical guide "Realizing Gender Equality in Parliament: A Guide for Parliaments in the OSCE Region".
