The Chairperson, on behalf of the Council, expressed condolences to the Russian Federation with regard to the recent terrorist attacks in Volgograd. Belarus, Lithuania-European Union, the United States of America, Canada, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Armenia and Georgia also expressed condolences. The Russian Federation thanked delegations for their expression of sympathy. Permanent Council Decision No. 1112 on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan. Recent events in Ukraine.
