This Analysis examines the french draft bill of the Act on false information and Online Dinformation to intentionally cause public harm or for profit. Its aim is to evalue if this text is a good and sufficient response for these issues and take in account the fundamental values in Europe (freedom of speech, medias pluralism and media freedom).
